Dunno, I mean, I’m from Birmingham, but I couldn’t tell you where i.e. Jasper Carrott is right now. Maybe Belgian ppl are more close-knit tho.

Anyway apologies, I meant to say he was spotted in Paris by an ex boss of mine. The obvious comment was how the fark would he know who TA was, the response was “ex boss is Belgian, a huge football fan” and so I then asked why was he in Paris?
To which the reply was. Because he’s Belgian. And no I don’t understand what that meant either BUT it makes a lot more sense than the London Media have the past 3 days.
