It sounds depressing.
I watched the Louis Theroux programme on meth addicts in Fresno. Very interesting but also quite depressing. I canât watch too much depressing stuff. It makes me depressed.

I also have a job that means I see and hear awful stuff a lot.
Dispatches tonight on the impact on the benefit cap and issues around becoming homeless. Felt a bit like work.
They said at one point that the council have a duty to house families with children. Not if theyâre intentionally homeless. Then its over to childrens social care and their budget.
I recorded a programme called âMan made planet: Earth from spaceâ a week or two ago. I think it was on Ch4. Anyway, watched it this afternoon before the football and it was brilliant. Everyone on earth should watch it and then promise not to be a cunt ever again.
