I don’t know the gentleman concerned, but my thoughts go out to his family.
He was an unfortunate victim of the ugly side of football that we don’t hear too much of these days - I suspect it gets brushed under the table.

We can all learn a lesson from this tale of woe. His indulgence in vices such as cocaine and hookers certainly took it’s toll on him, losing his life at the criminally low age of just 87. One can only hope that the pleasure afforded by them went some small way toward compensating him for his tragically diminished lifespan.

No, but Karaoke singers being killed by security guards of the premises where the singing is happening is more prevalent the latest was in Manila where the guard didnt like the singing of my way and shot the singer.

There is no need for illegal cockfights. They are still legal it is a televised sport here cockpits have bars, girls, betting, food.

I’m not sure, but we had one of those Rediffusion cable setups back in the 1980s. The movie channel evidently bought the rights to these comedic behemoth, trailed it endlessly. From what I remember it was not very engaging.
They make Bob Carolgees and Spit the dog look like Life of Brian.
