⚰ Death

She was a good MP but a fuckin’ amazing actress. R.I.P. *Dame Glenda.

*I know she wasn’t probably because she chose not to be.

She had a good innings, 87 is a decent age. She was a great actress I thought, a really commanding presence on stage and screen. Plus an interesting career change to become an MP which she took very seriously and took no prisoners in some of her speeches in parliament. She was a scouser from Birkenhead, an old friend of mine was married to her sister for many years. Her role in The Music Lovers has always been a favourite of mine, very overtly sexual for the times, as were a lot of her roles. She also had a magic pair of lungs. RIP.

Shocking behaviour. I’m surprised that Freddie Mercury would accept such a rôle. :rage::rage:

Deep sigh!

… with a heavy heart, and even heavier breathing…

George Alagiah has died after suffering with bowel cancer for many years. RIP.

Gutted. Thoroughly decent bloke and a ground breaking journalist. RIP

Should have signed for us in 1981.

Not dead yet, but…

Shit, that’s no age. :slightly_frowning_face:

Doesn’t mention a cause either.

Nothing compares to her. Does aged 56.

Bloody hell, so young!

18 months after her son committed suicide. She’d been admitted to hospital herself following that awful event, having had a history of such issues herself.
