First of all lost my accumulator but hey ho, good performance and very impressed with Lemina as now we hopefully have grit and an enforcer in the middle once again, this gives Davis more opportunity to go forward, a lot to think about with the forward line as well mostly good as well, if Lemina plays like that it is the block from which we go forward and attack.
I am of the opinion if we play Long we need to do it in a 1-2 formation of him behind a front two, this also gives us the chance to drop JWP and Tadic which fucking suits me just fine.
Off to the shops now to buy ale for the boxing this evening, this should be one hell of a night!

Fraser made two very good saves.
Wes can ping a diagonal.
Maya did well against Benteke.
Lemina was immense.
Davis led the charge and proved his best position is not in front of the back four.

Well that was an improvement, thought we were creative. Lemina had a good game i thought, showed some good skills on the ball. But i really canāt see us scoring many goals if Pellegrini prefers playing a non-striker as a lone striker. Long is not a finisher, gets into position in front of goal and fucks it up nearly every time, and gets caught offside too often. What on earth is the point of bringing Gabbi on in injury time? Palace were awful to be honest, next week the serious start of the season begins for us.
