Also when you get your Coronavirus test results you only get a +ve or -ve not anything detailed like that. I smell something fishy.

I think this is correct. The US does not have the capacity to do such detailed testing on routine samples.
The US record on DNA testing is abysmal.

I was meant to be getting off the unit next week but it appears the people on the beach due to come offshore have been partying and not social distancing as 3 of them have got covid and the UAE govt have banned South Africans from transiting in Dubai where our charter flight was coming from. So looks like I may get off by Valentines day.
