Krakow airport was busy today. My guys waited 45 mins in immigration/ documents scanning which is a long time for here.
Meanwhile I went to check the PCR process. ÂŁ64 24 hour turn around to come home but they said you had to book so that was lucky. They give you a code you enter in the website download your form & print it. Ffs no printer access atmand a mate with a printer
This was the queue of unbooked
Next step is Mrs P_F to shop around for a cheaper deal

I bought my phone in Dubai. I have a Polish Sim. I landed changed my Google Play account.
Just found out my phone is Geo locked to? Dubai. Each Android update resets Google Play to? Dubai. Last update? 5 days ago. You can change Google Play? Once per year.
By dint of @BTripz and then my genius, I made a new work PlayStore account on my work phone.

The Covid App is linked to your IKP Account - like your NHS Internet account. IKP was used to book your jabs.
IKP is linked to? Your Bank Account. Wait, WHAT?
Before getting the Jab I went to the bank to open an IKP compatible account. Got my jab.
I got my Polish ID one week after opening that account.
I opened the Covid Passport, logged in to IKP and logged in to the bank.
And EU App through me out.
Because the Bank account doesnât have my ID Card details on it.
I call bank. My IKP compatible account is only for people with no ID card. I now need a new account.
âCan I still access IKP?â
Ummm.
No you need a new IKP Account.
But what about my Vax details?
Oh you need to do that again.
Ah.

That will be the third that were clear - the other two third who had positive tests didnât want to quarantine so threw their tests in the bin

No way have we come close to administering 600m tests let alone losing them
TBF itâs not administering tests, the article says nearly 700m tests have been distributed but only 96m had been registered.
Iâm sorry but I fail to see how the T&T system can be criticised when it fails to reach 100k people if those people willfully donât want to get contacted and wilfully give wrong details.
Also if people donât want to do LFT there is no way you can force them to do it.
Iâm afraid a lot of the failure of the T&T system is down to selfish individuals IMHO. Thatâs not to say that the T&T isnât beyond reproach.

Bit of an odd decision to include the Pitcairns on the green list. Not exactly handy as a holiday destination and the place has had (surprisingly enough) no confirmed COVID cases.
The fifty people that live there could be wiped out if tourists arrive!

Oh I totally agree, but when youâre also relying on Joe public to do the right thing youâve failed before youâve started.
I hate to say it but maybe there should be more financial incentive for people to do tests and to self isolate, if needed, and to give correct detailsâŠ

They canât afford to do that and pay consultants ÂŁ1000 per day. You have to draw the line somewhere.

MrsC_S used a couple the other day when she went up to That There London to empty her desk and bring home her coffee mug as sheâll be wfh mostly going forward.
YoungAdult#1 is up to London every day to Barts but theyâre not insisting she tests.
