And wait for the Netherlands, and Ireland, to be surprised if / when they decide AZ is actually perfectly safe, and the population suddenly seems very reluctant. Ffs

As the scientific community widely expected, but nice to see some data showing it.
Germany, France and Italy have now āpausedā the AZ vaccine. This is not going to do anything for vaccine uptake and will cost lives.

I am beginning to wonder if there is a political element to this. AZ have cut their deliveries again which means the govts across Europe are going to come up short with their vaccination programme - by āpausingā the roll out that have an opportunity to build up stocks without taking too much political flak

Whatās the betting that the EU (under huge pressure from the Germans and French) declare Az not fit to be used. Given that both countries are well on their way to another spike - this pissing contest will cost literally 1000ās of lives and for what?

Matt le Tiss makes me laugh, he is advocating we stop vaccinating people because there have been hundreds of deaths (within 28 days of getting a vaccine)ā¦
Yet he is against the restrictions and other things that have been put in place to stop the transmission of Covid and reduce deathsā¦
The word irony is lost on himā¦
Turns out that there is a yellow card system where side affects and deaths are registered with the Government, who knew!! Anyway turns out that just over 500 people have died after getting a Covid jab, considering there have been 25m jabs given this is a very small %age.
Also, and this he also doesnāt mention, this figure is comparable with the amount of people who have died who havenāt been given the jab (whether this includes Covid deaths or not I am unaware)
Had the AZ jab two weeks ago. Had a DVT in my thigh 6 years ago. Eek! Fortunately take a daily blood thinner morning and evening so probably sorted.
