I had a phone check-in with my Haematologist on Monday and asked about this. They currently are not doing antibody titres for leukaemia patients, but she expects they will within a few months. At the moment they would not know what to make of the results - âwhat is a signiificant antibody level? No-one knowsâ

It is known that CLL patients respond to flu vaccines but not on average as well as unaffected people.
