:covid_19: 😷 šŸ„ Corona Virus the thread for all your fears ā“

Well irrespective if you like them, grass them up.
They obviously won’t suspect you as an open antithesis is not involved in the grassing process. If they come back at you, you can use these emojis in response. :open_mouth: :sob: and not only taking, but annexing the high ground for future use.

My boss told me that her neighbours reported her for her sister visiting. She was in a bubble.
I’ve known or see many a rule breaking but as yet not reported any.
I just don’t think the police have the capacity for all of it but if it’s continual and blatant then maybe.

Anyone else worried about what this fucking fringe will announce?

Among other things, I expect :-

  • An end to public gatherings, except for hunting parties and anyone in the Royal Oxford Wiffwafffing Society.
  • All males of 5’6" or taller to cling-film their left bollock for a period of no less than seven hours a day.
  • The new variant has been found to be spread almost exclusively by people called Brett and Jane. Therefore all Bretts and Janes will be culled.

Yeah but that’s ONLY what Boris was saying yesterday, he’s never said anything that plausible two days running.

The French have done it

They broke the magic 500

516 in 7 days

Meanwhile, the Germans, who started at the same time have only managed 240…

This is what will do for Macron, not Brexit or the yellow vests

He is in danger of making Hancock look competent

Sir Basil’s Lockdown Nature Notes.
This morning, as I stalked through the Gorse I came upon a delightful and very rare sight. Yes it was a herd of shy Orange Jackets, not seen in these parts since April 2013. On that occasion they gathered at the foot of the same electricity pylon to mull over some important decision.
This led to the strange ritual of painting all the pylons in the local area grey from their previous colour of grey. Let’s hope for similar excitement over the coming weeks as the infection rate amongst Orange Jackets soar.

I remember a departed poster putting me on the spot and asking me whether Macron getting in was better than Le Pen getting in.

At the time, I said yes. After a few years of seeing the reality of his Napoleon complex meet the French state, I wonder.

I also said at the time that this would bite the French establishment on the arse big time if he fucked it up. Well worth remembering that Macron’s movement was manufactured to be an establishment thing, ā€œcoming out of nowhereā€.

The real worry for the French is if the FN do get in, look at the fucking precedent that twat has set. They could be battering people day one and few people would bat an eyelid.

He has basically written the opposition’s material for them.

Ah but Boris has been leaking it for days so you could say that the Wee Widow Kranky just implemented his plan sooner.

Plagiarism it’s called…

Nice of him to give the virus a day to get round as many students and teachers as possible.

There are not enough faceplam emjois for this statement of the bleeding obvious

Schools may act as ā€˜vectors for transmission’

The prime minister says he ā€œcompletely understands the inconvenience and stressā€ the disruption to education will cause parents and pupils.

But he says the government has been doing "everything in our power to keep schools openā€ because of the importance of education to children’s life chances.

ā€œThe problem is not that schools are unsafe for children,ā€ he says, adding that children are still very unlikely to be severely affected even by the new variant of Covid.

But he says schools may act as ā€œvectors for transmissionā€, causing the virus to spread between households.
