An American friend sent me this Bill Bailey link asking, “Is this true?”
Oh yes…

This is from the couchtripper YouTube channel.

How ghly recommended for fans of UK comedy esoterica.

I am of course, a big fan of Iannuci’s idy of work.

This is proper out there and has some pretty famous people in it. Robert Webb and Steven Mangan both appear, but my fave is Alan Ford, who basically died all scenes as Brick Top.

He nailed it though

The “my dog has no nose, how does he smell?” Is evergreen

Just watched Ivo Graham at Theatre Royal, Winchester. Recommended.

Pursuant to my earlier post, here is another Ianucci gig.

The premise is fantastic. A mockumentary set in 2031 reviewing the late 2000#.

Love 2031 Ant and Dec.

Went to see Alfie Moore on Saturday night at The Berry. For those who don’t know, he’s an ex copper who has a R4 comedy show called It’s a Fair Cop. This show was a departure from the excellent radio show and he was very funny. Nice bloke too, came out into the foyer after the show to meet people.

Have heard his R4 show.

Stewart Lee at The Mayflower. Currently half time, but I’m right at the back of The Gods so can’t send photos. He’s obviously brilliant.

Don’t think I’ve been up here since Deep Purple in 1975

Must admit to liking his weekly column in t’Grauniad on a Sunday.

Cockennee rimeing slang innit…

Them Darsett people showed them Londoners what’s what.

Been to Farnham to see Mark Steel. His tour is about his recent diagnosis and treatment for throat cancer and whilst that would sound morbid, it was over 2 hours of non stop laughs.

Also check out his Radio 4 series, “Mark Steel’s in Town”.

People have told me Fry based this on my conversational style.
Not yet! I haven’t finished…I have repudiated the merest suggestion…
