Thats lovely but what has sitting down in a football match got to do with your double standards for nations in the EU?
Perhaps it was to draw attention to the situation thus putting pressure on EU governments?
But I’m only guessing.
Maybe they thought flattening the pitch a little more would lower sea levels.

To do what? They have broken have all (EU countries) the rules to suit themselves, in that sense the EU doesn’t exist, borders exist and Greece allows people to travel through without registration, the rules are made up and broken to suit a national agenda not an EU one, maybe I’m missing something here but I don’t think I am.
Barry can’t find the link between an article about people protesting the treatment of refugees and a thread about the treatment of refugees.

I watched that QT and it exemplifies why our Country is the most tolerant on the planet but also have the most opportunist twats on the face of the earth. Yes again Cameron puts his foot in it again but people seek mileage in it as it attacks him and the party but it doesn’t really help the refugee, they are in Europe and that should be safe enough shouldn’t it? Unless you’re both saying its not and people can actively choose a supposed better destination than another and if that is the case then we need to look at why Europe is so different across nations?
Perhaps we’re are more attractive than others as we are far more tolerant?

Hmmm. Debatable. Many (myself included) would say those comments were calculated, as opposed to a gaffe.

You’d like to think so, but sadly that doesn’t seem to be the case. As events in Stockholm last week demonstrated.
