:brexit: Brexit - The Ramifications

No i didn’t. In my original post that you replied to i made no mention at all that that Farage admitted the 350 million was fictional. Stop making things up. You are clearly not very good at reading comprehension. In subsequent posts i expressed the opinion that the 350 million was a made up figure that bears no scrutiny at all. Which is true. When you’re in a hole stop digging, probably would be sage advice to Boris and chums in the weeks and months to come.

I quote

From their ludicrous promise to divert the fictitious 350 million quid a week into the NHS, to Farage’s disgraceful poster of brown skinned refugees, which was a throwback to the 1930’s. Before Cameron had even conceded on Friday morning Farage was admitting that the 350 million quid a week pledge was a “mistake”, ( a lie to you and me).

you don’t think you’re giving the impression that farage’s admission supports your statement that 350m is fictional?

What, this bus?

In this country we have quite a few thick people who didn’t understand the question.

One side was better at fooling them than the other.

These people voted for £350m a week for the NHS, a halt to immigration, freedom to trade with the rest of the world and a prosperous future.

It was quite clear they’d get none of these things, but they still did it.

But that’s democracy.

Indeed it is - so the saddest part is accepting that sections of my country have become racist and ignorant.

I don’t want the rest of the world thinking we are backward - look at what Trump is doing to the US.

Come on, surely you knew that already? That’s a little naive. Even from posting on here surely you knew that, you only have to look at BS.

It’s my fault - I always see the best in people.

I still dont understand how Farage could promise anything he is an unelected person has no political power apart from the leader of a party that has 1 member in the house of commons?

He is only noise.

That’s the point that a lot of Bremainers and Brexiters haven’t got. He wasn’t part of the Official Leave campaign, he’s not an MP, so anything said by Farage cannot be attributed to that campaign.

Still trying to get my head around Boris and his no rush approach to leave. If things were so bad that we had to get out, wouldn’t you want to get out asap?

Boris is being clever here

Lets take our time it will all stay the same for the next two years no difference into how anything operates.

when the plug is finally pulled if that ever happens he will say oh well suck it up I as leader am out of here.

He then gets his eternal leadership Prime minister pension that he doesnt need for the rest of his life.

Wow…and you have the temerity to call people naive further up the thread.

Either you’re being naive or disingenuous. So which is it?

yes Sotonist, as I clearly stated - I believe there are people in this country who are racist.

They seem to be localised around remain voters.

I’m not sure the world will be overly concerned about racism in the UK. Most of the world is incredibly racist.

In what way? You can’t attribute his quotes to the Leave campaign.

which quotes are we improperly attributing to the official leave campaign now?

2 million signatures for a second referendum

Well, I have to say, this is line with EU procedure is the advent of an adverse result.

Also, if we voted to leave again, would we need a third?

If we vote leave again Clarkson is made chairman of the BBC.
