Armstrong straight at the keeper again

On the positive side we’re playing as well as Liverpool at the moment.

Well, about the only straw to grasp at here is that Brighton are now ahead against Bompey.

Ralph was struggling. There were injuries and we had several narrow losses and last minute draws when we’d been winning. But he was head and shoulders above Jones who really looks completely out of his depth - as many said he would be.

Well we are screwed. Everton now have a manager with a huge amount of premier league experience and so Wolves and Leicester. West Ham and Everton will get out of trouble, so who is going down with us and Bournemouth is the question?

I said when we hit bottom we would stay there and apart from when we beat Everton I have no reason to think differently. Wrong manager, completely out of his depth.

Saying this Bournemouth may end bottom as they are just as woeful.

Does the board look silly and sack Jones? Cannot see it (apply reverse psychology here) coz businessmen hate nothing more than being shown up. Its a ego thing.

Fans better either a) get ready for a lower division or b) put your own objectiveness aside and consider supporting the bloke in charge

Check your ego at the door coz the owners won’t choose to look silly

You can do as much backing as you like, there is not a chance that this bloke is keeping us up. Get out!

By my window sill in the morning, I can hear the wild geese calling…

Haven’t heard that one in a few years.

My stone has been cast for ages and tbf, so has everyones

I just dont see the board having the balls to sack him now, especially if he was brought in with a second tier remit for next year

Very decent of the team to be utterly shit when I have been unable to attend any games. I don’t feel so bad now.

Worry not, normal service will be restored next weekend. Whatever normal is. :upside_down_face:

Just an honest question as this might be an administrative oversight; have we applied for our new manager bounce?

That request was rejected it seems!

Not a chance.

Sadly, that seems to have been the plan all along. Maybe Bree was brought in to show them how it’s done in the Championship- he clearly isn’t at Premier League level.

Same here.

Southampton thumped
Carlisle lose to a team just above the relegation zone after 4 straight wins took them into the top 3.

Everton win, Wolves win, Leicester win.

At least the skates let in a late equaliser

Sadly and ultimately, our survival will come down to whether the players CHOOSE themselves to back the manager. Its not like a six week till the end of the season appointment, right now, I call BS on the playing group for these performances.

If they aren’t playing for the manager, somebody tell me whose in charge of the playing group?? If its JWP, the pass back specialist, no wonder we are going backwards!

I’ll take that
