Bearsy Presents "Ask Redslo Stupid and/or Pointless Questions'

What is the most deathly boring, offensively middle class show on Radio 4?

I will let Redslo answer that but there pubes can be used for when attached to a stick for getting most rust of things.

Do gingers taste different?

If order to avoid dealing with any of the stupid nonsense on this subject, I am going to assume gingers is the plural of ginger, a spice, and respond that all spices taste different that is the point.

Did God let 9/11 happen because he was upset about transgendered people using “bathrooms” that do not correspond with their birth gender?

I am an atheist so my answer is obviously no.

To get right under an overhanging bush, would you plump for a solid bag or a method feeder?

As best I can determine this is a fishing question. I know nothing about fishing so I do not even know if this question is pointless or stupid but my answer would certainly be both. If it is not a fishing question I am even more baffled.

I pulled up Radio 4’s schedule on the BBC web page. Prior to this question I had never heard of Radio 4. My answer may be affected by the fact that I pulled up the schedule on a Sunday. I think I will go for “Sunday Worship” and the “Shipping Forecast”.

The shipping forecast is legendary.

I think you’ve cleared that one up splendidly Goatee. :lou_lol:

So what is the shipping forecast normally like?

Also, did Fry ever read Sunday Worship. That would be interesting.

Depends on the weather.

Hello Mr Redslo, can you explain the different nuances between “focus” “concentration” and “paying attention” they all mean the same thing but have different English letters? Thanks

Also, this article has importance, but i’m struggling with the theory … Plz explain

I did a little bit of research and have ascertained that I cannot explain this. It goes beyond what I learned in college physics 40 years ago–most of which I do not remember.

Also, I am pretty sure the question is not silly or pointless although asking me was pointless as it turns out.

Yes, it was a bit of a curveball. Sorry i’m just a bit bored

You have … https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyqleIxXTpw

This video is blocked in the United States perhaps proving Philippine Saint correct.

Why is it blocked?

Works ok in the Philippines

If you could be / have been any player in Saints’ history, who would you be?

4-4-3 or 4-4-2?

White or red?

Guardian or Telegraph?

Royal family or Republic?

See, if you knew, you’d know.

Gardener’s Question Time. Without doubt.

Don’t know. It just says: “This video contains content from Discovery Communications, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.”

I would not apply normal standards to this question. I would want to take a recently retired player in his 30s who has saved plenty of money and is still in good health. Preferably one who had few head injuries so he will not develop brain problems in later life. I would not care about being beloved by the fans or being one of the greatest players in Saints history. Give this preference I don’t think it is worth my time to try to research an exact name.

4-4-3 or 4-4-2?

If I chose 4-4-3 do I get to use an extra player or is the goalkeeper playing out of position/

White or red?

Red–a really silly question if you think about it. Unless you are asking about wines in which case the answer is neither equally.

Guardian or Telegraph?

I can only judge by football coverage as it interest me. Jeremy Wilson and David Conn are my second and third favorate football columnists respectively. (Gabriele Marcotti is the first.) On that basis I would pick the Telegraph.

Royal family or Republic?

Of those two choices, I would pick Republic but having a Royal Family is not inconsistent with a republic so … If Trump gets elected that might change my opinion depending on whether or not he declares himself king.

Why on Earth not? You’d seriously take the life of a retired footballer over an active and beloved first teamer?

Perhaps I’m being overly cynical, but this seems very much like deflection, Redslo.

Few people are going to give much of a toss about your Guardian / Telegraph opinion. People will expect opinions on Southampton players, a subject you blog about. Or even one player that you respect enough to think “yeah, his gig ain’t bad”.

I honestly thought that question to be one with no wrong answer. I sit corrected.
