Some great albums of recent years but this is the ones you always listen to, I haven’t mentioned the who and stones who’re are right up there for me, its the individual album you always find yourself playing.
And no no mighty quo.

I couldn’t pick 5 that I always have on. Changes too regularly. There are some albums I love that I haven’t played for years. Maybe I’ll start a different thread

Wet leg is the next album I’m buying, their couple of songs I’ve heard have been great, sharp and witty.

I’ve always got a Joni album on my car USB stick. She’s been my constant musical companion throughout most of my life.
So on my selection of maybe 12 albums, it’s one Joni and 11 new.

Aye, don’t care what the year is. My offering below, but will change next month i’m sure

Powerage - AC/DC
Greasin the Wheels - The Sound Stylistics
Sons and Fascination / Sister Feelings Call - Simple Minds
So - Peter Gabriel
Simple Things - Zero 7

I wouldn’t count these as necessarily my favourite albums, even of albums by the same groups. For example, I’d say that Give em enough rope was my favourite Clash album, but I find myself playing London Calling probably ten times for every outing of their second cut. But on the basis of what I actually reach for most often to play…

Vibrators, V2
Santana, Moonflower
Tubes, What do you want from live
Pink Floyd, Wish you were here
Stranglers, Black and white

I used to do audio/visual shows for Camera Clubs back in the early '80s…i.e. Colour Slides on Twin Projectors with music. I had one sequence on San Francisco to Moonflower…you’ll have to imagine the Slides…
