Watched the game… Germany dominated without too much in front if goal… but NM really are a side you would not want to play… cheating diving simulating nonsense throughout - you know the stuff clutching faces and heads when clipped etc… on nearly every foul…
Cracking goal too.
That England perfomance was diabolical again got an easy lead via the penalty and then basically sat back until Poland equalised until then not a decent strike on goal. No creative midfielders it was all lets pass it backwards as soon as we get over the halfway line which eventually led to the Polish goal.
Need to improve if they are going to do anything in the Euro’s.

Point is that Southgate only had JWP, Bellingham, Rice & Phillip’s as regular CM’s.
Mount & Foden are more floaty & Lindegard more wide.
When JWP went home he had no choice but the double DM route.
