If the code works I’m just about to create the Saints Fixtures for 2020-2021.
This means we’re going to have a load more topics and if people start to reply to lots of different fixture topics then the discussion will be disjointed, so I thought I’d create a thread to discuss the fixtures.
If anything is wrong - blame @BTripz as he collated the fixture information.

Perhaps it’s still under discussion. If Sky and BT have lost subscribers over the Covid decimation of sport, something like all matches all the time would bring people back - me included.
For anyone wondering what’s going on with ST refunds, here’s the reply I got from Saints today, which clears things up, I hope:
To clarify, we have now completed the refunds process for the two matches of Everton and Newcastle. Given the current situation and the announcement last weekend of the country returning to lockdown, we have accelerated the process to begin the refunds on the matches against Manchester United and Sheffield United, with a number of these processed at the same time as the final batch of the Everton and Newcastle matches.
All other refunds for Manchester United and Sheffield United will be processed over the next couple of weeks.
Hmmm, not sure where to put this, “big” clubs asking for return of 5 substitutes…
Personally I’m against the idea as it will benefit teams with bigger, better squads, i.e. the top 6. Managers need to manage their subs better, if you’re in Europe you have a large squad so rotate your players better…
If the managers were truly worried about the health and well-being of their players (which is the drum they are banging to get 5 subs) then they should simply play different elevens for their league and cup/European games and simply forgo the financial incentives that come with progressing in European competitions. At the end of the day that’s why academies and B teams are there.
As we are in ‘unprecedented times ’ they should just write this year off and accept that they cannot adequately compete on all fronts. Pretty simple if that genuinely is the main concern, but inevitably their motivations will be financial and power in terms of talent stockpiling (by this I mean being able to keep a larger group of Billy big egos happy by increasing opportunities to give them all game time).
