I said in print, not on fucking twitter
Thread on Starmer’s donors:
It’s not really a surprise, is it? I think even at the time, people knew that he was being funded by those who wanted to destroy Corbynism.
All the Labour Party news at the moment just seems to be confirmation of the dirty tricks many suspected all along.
This bloke’s face fits and that’s for sure.
This could be the Farage Propaganda show set against a backdrop of a second wave, global depression, people on the street.
Fucking hell. I just started ploughing through that. Seriously, how does anyone get anything from twitter? Anything at all?? I honestly cannot understand why it even exists, or why so many seem to use it. What a pile of mutual backslapping shite. I saw a couple of dissenting remarks but even those were trite crap that really wasn’t worth saying, let alone listening to. And there’s so much of it!! FFS, does anyone ever manage to read through all of it?
Fucksake.
Rant over, thanks for the link. You cunt.
So what’s the point of James O Brien now?
He’s got an excellent twitter feed.
Probably.
He looks like a smashed angry minge.
I like James O’Brien, but that made me chuckle.
Smashed Angry Minge? Weren’t they a 70s punk band?
Did a great cover of “House of the Rising Sun”.
Nope. It was a pathetic, self-satisfied ginger twat with aspirations of maintaining some kind of regularity on Newsnight, where he looks utterly out of place.
Whenever he’s on, it’s like being served Chicken McNuggets in a top restaurant.
What have you got against gingers?
Oh.
Nothing to do with me. My guess would be that O’Brien accidentally saw a picture of Nigel Farage and started frothing at the mouth all over his equipment.
Why LBC don’t just laminate his entire studio, I don’t know.
Interesting from Kier on R4 Desert Island Discs
Quite like the bit about his name.
“
He’s a fucking arsehole. Never forget that he and his pals spent four years trying not to be in government.
I hope he takes the ship down with him.
In other news, I did this on Friday and am happy with the business it did.
So does he hate Jews or not?
Just posted this on FB.
I am genuinely not sure to be happy or sad for Jeremy Corbyn right now. On the plus side, his reinstatement is all but proof that the suspension was politically motivated.
On the downside, he’s back in the Labour Party again, surrounded by MPs that spent four years smearing him and at one point, shortly after the referendum, “trying to break him as a man” to force him to quit without going through the usual leadership contest.
With political “friends” like that, who needs enemies?
