šŸ˜† When I Saw This I Laughed Or At Least I Smiled Or At Least I Wasn't Bored

I’m with you on the latter, less so on the former.

Ah shit. I seem to have got hay fever again

Never seen the film, its it worth watching?

SRSLY? It is a ā€œwonderfulā€ film.
It is a farmer & a field of corn and a dream. No huge CGI, just "lovely’

Poof.

Can you take a skin graft from your bum and transplant it onto someone who isn’t family related ?

I see they’ve just broken the record for calculating pi. A computer has just worked it out to 62.4 trillion decimal places.

Makes you wonder why they couldn’t fathom the next decimal point if they got that far

I’ve just gone over the figures and two of those figures were transposed. :lou_facepalm_2:

Indeed. It rather smacks of the fabled amplifier which ā€œgoes up to 11ā€.

That’s what I thought. Shame.

You may laugh, but in pre-computer days, some guy spent his life working pi out to a record 707 places and died a happy man. It was only a few years after he died they found a mistake after 528 places, so he never held the record.

I’d have been more convinced if they said the result was 33.33 recurring.

This cannot be our @pap Surely ?

I wondered that :smile::smile:

Sounds sufficiently juvenile for him, doesn’t it. Almost Viz-like…

It is not. There are loads of Paul Taylors.

  • The bloke who ran as an MP for Southampton Test for the ā€œGo Bowling Partyā€
  • The bloke who led the Strangeways prison riots
  • The football player
  • The journalist
  • One of the murderers of Damiola Taylor
  • etc

Most people who’ve met me say one is too many.
