I’ve had a close look at it, my opinion is that it’s far more likely to be a stage prop or just knocked up as a comedy piece or curiosity. It looks like a traditional old piano cut and shaped, if it was functional the keys cut into the angle would be impossible to play. Would be interesting to see inside it.

You could be right. Google suggests it could be a real instrument but might well be created as a piece of furniture.
