Iâve been visiting North Carolina regularly for about fourteen years. Microbreweries were a thing there before they were a thing here. Itâs excellent if you have a decent local brewery, and in news that may shock and alarm some, they are correct to drink it cold.
It depends on the brew. Many of the smaller breweries over there (and here) produce heavily hopped âfloralâ IPAs which benefit from being served cold. While not entirely to my taste they are vastly superior to the Bud Lite/Coors abominations.
