I hate hospitals⦠recent events having meant summer was dominated by them⦠but thankfully seems itās all good now.
But it reminded me of several years back when we said goodbye to my gran - the last of 13 children born at a time when losing 2 elder brother is WWI and two younger one in WWII seemed unexceptional⦠this absoltulty stunning video is a piece of art by one of my all time favourite bands seemed to sum it all up.

Posting this as it was always heartbreakingly poignant and its over year now since Scot Huchison the lead singer committed suicide by drowning in the Forth⦠8 years after this song was released. Planning on doing some fund raising for mental health charities next year so I may come with the begging bowl, but in the meantime this piece of wonderful melancholy is an achingly beautiful legacy
