We just had a couple of yanks turn up offshore and one of them when introducing himself said he had worked in the Gulf of America. I challanged him and asked him where is The Gulf of America ?
His responce was thats what Google maps now calls it.
Anyway after much laughter he carried on and then called it the Gulf of Mexico and his colleague gave him a Paddington stare and the first yank said I called it the gulf of Mexicio didnt I and then appologised to his colleague. Twats.

There is a very reasonable outcry against Trump’s State Visit, but maybe, given his stance on not being able to support Ukraine’s security, we should advise him that on his State Visit we also will not be able to offer him any protection, and we require a 50% stake in all US oil revenues as thanks for extending him this honour…

I have to agree but he’s got an even bigger task coordinating European cooperation with the US. Ultimately, Europe is more important to us.
