Thanks. This is a brilliant dissection of Trump’s speech and tactics. It’s clear insurrection.
Although there are many disturbing aspects, for me the scariest, if true, is that Trump wanted the army and National Guard to be there “as protection against Antifa” - in other words, to march with his mob in support of them. He resisted calling them when requested to help clear Congress of the rioters.
If he really planned to have the army supporting him, that’s a coup, clear and simple.

The only problem with that is finding an actual neutral voice that agrees.
I’ve read blogs and articles by anti trump voices (some very balanced)
But waiting for someone to say that who isnt maneuvering to keep their snout in the Trough isnt easy.
