Ah… memories

Was it three days to go?

Can I presume this is the English version?

Does anybody think PEH is top 4 quality? I like and respect the guy but at the same time I don’t think he is particularly fantastic and I’m not overly bothered that we’ll be selling him soon.

I think Pep Guardiola must have been smoking something when he compared him to Busquets.

Edit: by top 4 I mean the fact that he will most likely be going to Tottenham and despite currently sitting in 8th, they surely have aspirations to get back there.

Short answer : no
Long answer : on his day, yes, however he very rarely has his day.

If he gave the ball away less often and added more goals, top 4 yes. I love his tackling, defending, closing down, short passing (mostly) and energy, but he is not champions league material IMO

He is still young in footballing terms, so yes.
But because he isn’t ready yet he will get a couple of seasons before doing a Victor/Morgan

Hojbjerg’s stats look pretty good. Lots of interceptions and ball winning, plenty of energy, but for me he’s not top team material. Lacks composure in front of goal and hence rarely scores, not blessed with great pace and gives the ball away too easily at times through poor concentration. he’s right to be ambitious but I think he’ll see less game time at a bigger club. Would do better to sign a 2 year extension I reckon.

Not for me, he’s nowhere near as good as Morgan and Morgan wasn’t top 4 quality in the end.

Agreed.

Spurs are distinctly average in centre mid but even so, I’d be pretty underwhelmed in this signing if I was their fans. Although Levy will get him on deadline day for about Ā£47.98p after 3 months of unrest.
