Well finally made it to the chalet after an horrendous trip over here. Tree fell across the road in front of our friends and totalled their disco. Everyone amazingly walked away without nothing more that a bit of whiplash.

Anyhow after several hours stuck on th road side and then a shitty drive up the mountain in the other car, I am settling down to several Leffe Tripel.

Polish evening. Mrs D_P invited pals round so served up salad someday cheeses & hams & Smalec (pig lard)

Cleared out some old Vodkas that were taking up space but 3/4 empty.

Wyborowa- a classic. Krupnik Lemon eek how can they make Lemon so sweet Zubrowka Palona a home made Malina & a Benedictus (no I have NO idea what those tasted of)

Strangely I’m a bit sluggish today. Bit behind on the Ironing chores again - like about 6 years behind)

Used to bring it back from Tesco on trips to UK. Now it’s sold in the Pork section of our local Supermarket here along with Pepperoni Cabanas.
