Surprisingly clear head today - quality of the spirit consumed and lack of mixing it up with beerā¦
Only bought two bottles; an independent bottling of Cameronbridge distillery 22 year old grain, cask strengthā¦ and a Glenallachie 15 year old standard bottling (but non-chill filtered and natural colour) 12 year in ex bourbon casks and 3 year finish in Oloroso Sherry casksā¦ very niceā¦

So, Wetherspoons is quiet tonight - and itās steak night. The advice from the government is starting to hit home.
However, given that it seems unlikely / impossible that schools will stay open under the current pressures, this might be one of my last trips to the IoW.
But Punk IPA is Ā£2.99 a pint so I donāt envy the fucker that tries to evict me after last orders tonight.
