Arma to Wolves seems to be reported now. £7m plus £2m add ons. If the add ons are for staying up then they are worth nil.
They must be preparing for next season in the Championship. Two separate seasons have established Arma does not score goals in the PL

Jean-Philippe Mateta’s move to AC Milan is in major jeopardy over issues with his medical, according to multiple BBC Sport sources.
The France international underwent additional medical tests today but the Italian side are set to pull out of the deal.
Mateta, who has been carrying a knee issue, undertook initial medical tests on Sunday.
