They’re only just coming to the realisation that having the money to buy any player doesn’t mean you can get any player. And that players won’t be keen to move from reasonably solid mid-table clubs to one threatened with relegation and desperately throwing together a team from anyone who’ll come.
It amuses me that plenty of their fans haven’t got that yet. They think they can just choose the players they want.
