I spose the clubs to watch are West Ham & Everton. They’re vaguely in our similar budget bracket I would think, or maybe only little bit higher, and have spent the window signing bros with Prem experience, like Barry wants. It will be interest to see who finishes Higher!
Everton will finish 10 points clear of us, West Ham don’t ever want to spend any money (Carvalho deal for instance).
West Ham have spent more than us I would think. That Arnautovic bro was like £25m on his own IIRC.
Everton -£37 players sold £93m. £130m total.
West ham -£16.5m players sold £22.7m £39.2m total.
Southampton -£23m players sold £14m. Total £37m.
Let’s see if Everton justify their massive outlay.
