Round 8 - A shortened round but still not many points

After the postponements of Round 7 round 8 saw a shortened week with only 7 games going ahead. This lead to a poor points week with only 1 player, @Cobham-Saint, getting a slam point. This also means that said player also wins this week’s by a clear 2.5 points.

@Cobham-Saint predicted 5 of the 7 games correctly, with 1 exact. Not bad for the hebdomadal loser.

Bottom this week is our man in Poland @Polski_Filip, I suspect that unless he has made Round 9’s predictions already he will be bottom in Week 9 as well. Poor old Phil managed just 2 results, 1 close and earned himself 2½ points. Go @Polski_Filip

Round 9 - An age ordered weekly table??

Well with the oldest forum member at the top and the youngest at the bottom it could well be.

Congrats to @lifeintheslowlane on gaining his first of this year’s competition with a commendable 7 out of 10 results predicted, none exact though. In fact this week only one person got more the 1 exact score and they only got 2 results after that (4/10), however it did put @Polski_Filip in 3rd place.

Round 10 - A Return to Form for @Cobham-saint

After coming second last round @dellboy has upped his game and won this week’s round quite convincingly, he scored a good 18 points with 8 of the 10 games predicted correctly, 3 exact and 4 close.

@NumptyBoi comes second 15.5 points with 1 less result than @Dellboy.

Hmm 13 points was enough for @PhilippineSaint to win last round, this round is won with an even lower score of 12½ points, only 5 of the games predicted with 3 exact sees @TheMightyOstrich beat @SimplySaint by 1½ points, @SimplySaint got 6 games predicted but not as close as @TheMightyOstrich.
