I rarely shoot video but I thought you’d like this…

Well I didn’t think I’d ever see a photo of Poch, Nige, Ronald and Katharina together!

We just needed Cortese in there too and I’d have started looking for photoshop errors.

Fair play to them.

Ronald must have been temp[ted to ask the other two managers what sort of week they’d had!

So that’s that then, Lambert is better than Le Tiss.

Joking! They were two very different players for us.

Wow, now that photo tells a different story to what us fans feel!

Bet Nige was delighted to be standing next to Poch there…

I suspect they are all very decent people. the mere fact they were invited and attended tells a story in itself. We had success when Cortese was here no doubt, but anything that came out of the club whilst he was here was undoubtedly very carefully scrutinised and redacted by him.

I am extremely impressed at all the bridges being built by Katarina since she has taken the helm

Thanks Goaty, we should sign that Steklenberg bloke, he looked quite useful. Nice to see that Rickie still has it too, would love to see him back here in some capacity!!

Nice to see that the attendance last night for a testimonial would be too big to fit in Fratton Park.

The last time The Fortress of Fat saw a crowd that big was when the previous club owned it - and we were the opponents.

Poch was a surprise, but only because I’ve probably fallen for the hype that we don’t like him. Good to see the recent managerial history of the club side by side with a Liebherr.

We’ve got a completely different approach now. Our CEO doesn’t stop talking. Last night, I seriously felt like invading the pitch, grabbing the mike and giving Kelv a tribute that sounded vaguely authentic to British ears.

I am hoping Die Krugerbomb is our secret weapon. We send him out there to philosophically exchange with people. He’ll yap for hours so publicly, we appear more transparent regime that we did under Emperor Cortese, the journos get their soundbites, and the rest of the club gets to do its business under the cover of chat chaff.

I’m being overly harsh. He’s probably the exact person we need to build the global brand. Just shouldn’t be let anywhere near a microphone in the UK or Ireland.

Well, I haven’t heard a sale rumour for a bit. With the possible exception of our African contingent, our present setup looks really content. As good as Poch has been for Spurs, Koeman has got something a lot of other managers don’t - the intelligence to alter his system if things aren’t working out.

With 6th secured, a shot, if not a spot in the Europa League, the Leicester factor and all that new money coming in, I get the sense that Koeman is open to staying, but it’s going to be contingent on a couple of things. The obvious is a commitment to investment. We also need to keep as many key players as possible. If there’s one thing that’s going to have Ronald Koeman climbing the ladder to a big club, it’ll be going back to square one.

How expensive is that bridge going to be?
