I did also go to IT classes in Southampton Tech.
However, we all worked on WYSE terminals, little green screens, connected to a behemoth of a machine (a 486!). There was no tagging, but we did learn UNIX and how to finger people.
@goatboy would have loved it, especially if heād taken his politician friend Jeremy Corbyn for a visit.
