He was sent off for the same incident.

Oh “Slow Horses” welcome back…brilliant opening episode…Lamb in fine form from the start…
“So you’re in charge of the Rejects?”
“They don’t like to be called the Rejects”

Started watching Margin Call (2011) again. Cracking cast, great reminder of the US banking meltdown a few years earlier and in this case, how Goldman Sachs actually survived

Stewart Lee - guardian columnist and comedian - not necessarily in that order.

Have never seen his standup but have watched two on Prime

Snowflake
And
Tornado

Love his style, seems shambolic sometimes but is incredibly well written and observed. Laugh out loud moments come from unexpected places.

Seen him live. Bloody genius.

And has been regularly recommended on this site since 2015 :+1:

Only joined in 2016 so probably missed them :joy:

Search on YouTube for him and find the session on Bin Laden. All about American reactions to his death.

Have watched it several times

The final Grand Tour on Prime

Mildly entertaining but definitely time for it to end.

Slow Horses…gets better with every episode. Jonathan Pryce, superb actor, touching and scary. Best thing on TV by a country mile.

I have really enjoyed Celebrity Masterchef this year, great gang, and thank goodness I didn’t have a mouthful of beer when they announced the winner.
Bravo :clap::clap:

Late to the party as often, but have just finished watching The Gentleman on Netflix.

Apart from those Sherlock Holmes movies, I’m a fan of everything Guy
Ritchie has done, even Madonna.

This was great. A British Godfather done in the style of Snatch.

The slow death of streaming?

I thought they went into porn when they were out of work ?

David Mitchell playing a middle aged David Mitchell, police mildly comedic crime solving caper in Cambridge.

Enjoyable very easy watch - compulsive. Binged the whole series (6 episodes).

Mrs C_S watching an episode weekly

Didn’t think much of Robert Patterson’s Batman but really enjoying Colin Farrell in The Penguin on Sky, Farrell is unrecognisable. Top soundtrack too.

I actually bought that on DVD recently, and it wasn’t easy to track down a copy. Fantastic film.
