I’m totally hooked on Clarkson’s Farm…on Season 2 at the moment. Gerald is my favourite.

For the live of God. DON’T WATCH CITADEL on Prime!
It’s a trap!

FFS a zillion $ budget for the Russo brothers to create a Jason Bourne/James Bond TV series.

It’s like something shiny to Magpie.

1st scene. You’ll be lost in a world of high octane nonsense

Nobody (Netflix)

Bob Odenkirk - mild mannered BCS character shoehorned into a full-on action movie. Plenty of guns and blam.

Christopher Lloyd makes a good cameo.

Surprisingly very enjoyable

After Ep4 The Night Agent becomes good. As in old fashioned White House Conspiracy good.
Not great but good (Netflix)

Finished.
Look it’s a Thriller Soap Opera. Entertaining drivel with great IMDB ratings and renewed for a 2nd season.
Equally just dropped on Netflix is another White House level Thriller, The Diplomat
Renewed for S2 minutes after it dropped.

This is next level Politics shit. Slow for sure but it starts with a Brit Carrier being blown up " by Iran" in the Gulf and plays out at Ambassador/PM/President level.

This is clearly written by someone who knows " the White House" game, but also the Middle East
Finally something a bit more cerebral to watch

Going out on a limb here, but The Diplomat ((Netflix) is superb

No action just White House/Downing Street games.

A career Diplomat married to a disgraced but legendary Ambassador is set to become US Ambassador to Kabul but gets sent to London.
Just as our new Carrier gets blown up in the Gulf.
Britain to go to war with…
Very clever political drama involving Iran, Russia post Ukraine invasion, Brexit and more.
Hooked binged in 3 days

My favourite episode of Ripping Yarns is on BBC4 tonight at 10-30. Gordon Ottershore, the loyal supporter of Barnstoneworth United, a team that hasn’t won a match for three years. Truly wonderful, although it’s starting to get a bit too close to home.

Just started The Diplomat. Sharp and subtlety witty too. No surprise one of the West Wing Writers is behind it

John Was Trying To Contact Aliens - short Netflix documentary (16mins) - it didn’t end how I was expecting. Not particularly well filmed but actually surprisingly better than some documentaries these days. Give it a watch and stick with it.

It’s not often when watching a documentary like that that someone ends up finding what they’re really looking for. Quite touching really. Define a weird person…no such thing really.

Very not shit

The Oktoberfest moment is just magic!

Asterix & Obelix - The Middle Kingdom

Netflix

French language- silly bonkers, lazy stereotyping and these days would be cancelled if made in Engerland

Still, very amusing and cliche ridden but worth a watch if you don’t want to be too taxed.

So, turned on the tellybox and got a message from Netflix asking me to register the telly as one of the four we pay for - turns out it is for four in our house. The kids are no longer able to use their log ins in their student digs.

Have just cancelled 2x devices & reduced the subscription.

Bet they’re going to lose loads of customers

So much for Netflix maximising income….twats!

We renegotiated our Virgin Media account a few months ago and it now includes Netflix so I cancelled my stand alone subscription.
I’m now getting emails with ever decreasing subscription offers. It’s quite entertaining in itself.

Im enjoying The Recruit Netflix.
Sort of CIA newbie joins cliche ridden CIA Department and enters shitstorm on day 2 of his career.
It has a dead pan humour to it and its very enjoyable
