Dibling is limping
The whole fucking team is limp
Big Ange is bringing on Werner.
Thatâs how shit we are.
Oh joy the player who canât score has come on to, no doubt, score a 10 minute hat-trick.
We done an offside goal!
Cheer up. The cricket will be on soon.
OhâŚ
When youâre getting duffed at half time, the only thing you can do is try and draw the second half 0-0.
Well done lads
Where did they they get that banner printed at 8pm on a Sunday night
what banner?
RM get out of our club
Just threw players under the bus
Heâs gone
It was noted.
My mate and I have sat through a 0 - 9 home defeat a few years ago but at half time we decided we didnât want to sit through another, so we left.
Itâs a first for both of us. I did say, what would be worse than a 0 - 9 would be a 0 - 0 second half.
Also left at half time. Quick pint then got a lift home just as game finished. Put TV on and it offered me the choice of going back to the start.
TV is 2 weeks old, hence I didnât put my foot through it.
Anyone worked out the earliest weâll be mathematically relegated?
Canât come soon enough tbf
Southampton defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis speaking to Premier League Productions: "It was difficult. Itâs tough to speak right after it. We just killed ourselves with the first action of the game really and went 1-0 down. Then when you are in this moments, it creates a bit of indecision in the team. We put ourselves on the backfoot to start with and it killed us.
"Itâs quite clear with us three or four goals down in the first half that we are not playing at the level we should be. We have been at that level before and still havenât won the game Itâs the story of our season really.
âItâs hard to take for the lads and the manger as well. Its not a reflection of him or his staff. Itâs difficult. It wasnât good enough and we know that.â
On fans: âThey want to see the team win, so itâs normal. The booing should be on us players and not the manager. Heâs not creating the mistakes. It is us on the pitch. But they just want to see the team win. Credit to them, they stuck with us after a first half that wasnât acceptable. I canât thank them enough for sticking with us till the end.â
On Kamaldeen Sulemana: âHe is not really happy. He wants to play football but itâs not personal. We had to changes something as we were 3-0 down. Itâs unfortunate it was he who had to come off. Itâs not personal to him.â
On what needs to change: "We need to be better. Itâs as simple as that. We have got boys in there whoâs willing to put anything on the line. It sounds a bit deluded, but we have what it takes in this dressing room [to stay up].
âWe are not going to stop believing. We got to play for ourselves. We got pride and we want to do more than anyone. We are never giving up. Itâs not an option.â

Southampton forward Adam Armstrong speaking to TNT Sports: âItâs a tough one to take. At this level you get cut open quite easily and we got punished straight away. Itâs hard to put into words really. We werenât good enough, itâs as simple as that. You try and get the group going again at half-time. We gave everything when we came out second-half but itâs just one of those nights - not good enough.â
On what went wrong: "We just got punished in the wrong moments. When to press and when not to. They cut us open a few times and the first goal was 40/50 seconds which just isnât good enough at this level. Weâve seen how brutal this league is and once youâre cut open itâs just hard to stop them. Iâve got nothing else to say really it just wasnât good enough from all of us.
**On whether there was enough instruction from the bench: â**We were there to do a job and we set up to do a job. It was just one of those nights it just didnât go our away. The lads gave everything throughout the second-half. Iâm lost for words. Itâs a tough one because you canât start that bad in any sport and we got punished.â
On whether the confidence has taken a hit: "You could say that. Itâs not easy when youâre bottom of the Premier League. Confidence comes from wins and thatâs something weâre not doing at the minute. I canât fault the lads, we give it everything every day to earn why we should be here. We donât want to take it for granted. We work hard every day and nights like tonight we got punished.
âIâve said in previous interviews the Premier League is the best in the world and when youâre coming up against these teams itâs tough. Iâve got nothing else to say itâs a tough one for me and the team. We have to move forward and take everyday as it comes.â
Iâve had pierogi and a fuck ton of vodka. Fortunately Iâve missed the game.
Was there a game yesterday? Did I miss anything new?
No. The term game suggests it was a contest.
