WHAT THE FUCK

Shit

Its the hope….

Yep

McCaarthelaar?

Suddenly, when we abandon the tippy tappy out of the box approach, we’re actually competing with the top side of the league. And then we revert to it and nearly give away another needless goal.

Fucking typical… fucking harsh

Gifted them all their goals

Yep

Honourable defeat, I suppose.

Going back a bit, but did anyone else notice Dibling taking instructions from RM, and not looking at all happy about it? Then shortly after, Aribo got some touchline instructions as well and looked equally unhappy? Both seemed to be studiously avoiding looking at the manager.

They were there for the taking today but for our self induced fuck ups

Salah was booked for the shirt off, then booked on 89 for a foul. How comes he’s not red carded ??

Did he actually get booked for the shirt off? I mean, I realise he should have been, but I never saw the card actually produced.

BBC said he was booked for the shirt and ticked off for the foul :man_shrugging:

A much better result than I anticipated. Onuachu actually looked decent.

It was harsh, I know under the new directives, arm in an unnatural position bla bla bla, but in real time what does this mean? It hit his chest first, bounced onto his arm, back in the day when sanity reigned the rule was ā€˜deliberate hand ball’. with the best will in the world there was no way that could be construed as deliberate in real time. Replays in slow mo are meaningless. But the ā€œbig clubsā€ always get these decisions. I felt really sorry for the lad, he’d just come on and didn’t deserve it. But at least we gave them a game. The first Liverpool goal was textbook Saints, playing out from the back and fucking up big style. I watched the game in my local boozer, 100 yards up the road from Melwood. All the Evertonians were roaring for us, they probably hate the Red Shite more than anyone. It was all very good natured, at the end of the day on non partisan football days we are all good mates, but I have to say this afternoon I was proud to be a Saint, we gave them a game.

I noticed him insisting he couldn’t walk at all and needed a stretcher. That seemed to change once he’d been assured that he’d definitely be coming off.

But yes, he looked good while he was on.

I just hope having found him & what he can bring we don’t lose him to injury
