All our own fault
Mobdro mate
The poor old dears in the crowd with their heads in their hands after the penalty was the highlight of the game.
Deja vu
Strange feeling … relieved to come out of it with a point in the end but we should of been out of sight by the time Bournemouth sorted themselves out
Disagree. How many goals has that pairing conceded in recent weeks? We rode our luck tonight as well.
Without that ruthless finishing from Gabbiadini we have gone back to looking toothless up top. Tadic is frustrating and deserves 95% of every substitution he receives.
That penalty has got a name from NASA
Grrrr … Harry Rednapp shouldn’t even be allowed to talk about us in publc … twitchy twat
Missed it, got told the result when I was out so haven’t bothered even starting to watch what I’ve recorded.
Worse thing is I’ve got to start the Crystal Palace thread, and they hammerd Chelsea 2-1 today.
We were lucky and that is all there is to it, I did think in parts we look quite slick but once again in front of goal we’re slight and weak, need more and we need a bully.
Mistake taking JWP off for Boufal. Led to 15 minutes of pressure. Should have taken Tadic off. He was dogshit. Only Arsenal would buy him on that performance.
Nice to go to a home game and catch up with everyone.
We missed our striker, simple as that. We were the better team, until the last 15 minutes. We edged this in the end after being the only team in the game for 75 minutes. 0-0 was what I was going to predict with Gabby out!
What exactly is a “shitout?”
So Howe thinks they deserved to win because they dominated the second half?
Glad i could not make this one. See you Weds…
May sound daft to say this, but that was a pretty entertaining game for a 0-0. I’ve certainly seen many worse. We should have been a couple of goals up and coasting before they came into it in the last 25 minutes, but we didn’tput away the chances that we made.
Bournemouth looked pretty decent in that last period, but I think a large part of that was JWP going off. Good though Boufal can be, he’s never going to provide the defensive stuff that JWP does. The balance of the team suffered and this allowed Bournemouth to put moves togethher that they’d hardly done prior to that. I reckon that Boufal for Tadic would have been a better bet, but I can see why Puel felt inclined to go with a more attack-minded option.
It was definitely worth being there simply to witness that penalty. It would have cleared a second goal on top of the actual one, it was that high. Priceless.
We have never been any good at doing league doubles over teams!
Even in our fantastic season last season we only did the league double over 1 team and that was Swansea.
I just don’t understand the JWP-Boufal leaving Tadic on thing. Nonsense in my opinion. Tadic was awful and should have been subbed at half time.
