šŸŽµ Sotonian's Musical Chain

Not sure if this is too tenuous, but Lorde curated the soundtrack for the Hunger Games film (one of them), and this act also featured on that album.

It could be said Beaver & Krause were in at the ā€œGenesisā€ of electronic music

ā€œTheir 1967 album The Nonesuch Guide to Electronic Music was a pioneering work in the genre.ā€ it says in their Wiki entry: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beaver_%26_Krause

This is from their 1972 album _ā€œAll Good Menā€ā€¦_I must have been one of the half dozen in the UK who bought the album.

This track features the sampled voice of 103 year old Native American Elizabeth Wilson…

Saints’ theme music for past 5 years:

From the album Screamadelica, which also features a track called Movin’ On Up (I couldn’t bare to be that bleedin’ obvious)

For the Walter Palmers of this world, wankers!!

From _Free…_a band I saw at The Concord more times than I can remember to another band who played likewise at The Concord…

The first time I saw Taste at The Concord there were about a dozen in the audience.
