Sounds like a matter of time to be honest. He appears to be a dead man walking.
Our trajectory is quite clearly a downward one and I for one can’t see him turning it around anymore. So for me I think a fresh start is needed.

We needed to tighten up against the ball.
We have done that in terms of goals conceded.
But, like Southgate, Ralph has developed a fear of losing.
Yet we do.
It is now time
Maybe if we had not lost Lavia we would have moved forwards.
