Nice. Strong team.

Would say that pretty much most of them wouldn’t disgrace the fist team if picked…

Boufal looks like he’s limping there.

Maybe I have been spoilt by the Watford and man utd games but this game is really sloppy although Caceres has looked a class apart to me. Bloody freezing too!

Yes Caceres looks very comfortable. Hassen looks sharp off his line too and I think Hesketh is going to be the one to come through next season.

It hasn’t been the greatest given the quality of the team. Maybe it’s hard to motivate yourself for an U23 game? None of boufals flicks are working. Reed doesn’t seem able to do anything other than rugby tackle people. McQueen disappointing. Rodriguez not really touched the ball other than his nice chest control and wayward shot. Caceres looks decent but difficult to tell. At least he’s not blowing out of his arse.

Boufal doing the usual. Stray passes. Ridiculously classy touches. Bit of limping.

Boufal lucky not to be sent off. He would have been in a normal match. It’s really not happened for him tonight.

he’s been subbed.

fuck me, hesketh. That is shit.

I’ve given up. Got to 70mins but it’s actually just boring me now.

Caceres looks classy.

Keeper looked comfortable.

Right back (Valery?) Vary skillfully but also careless. Definite potential though

Caceres strolled through the game and made everything look easy.

Other CB was composed and did nothing wrong.

I thought McQueen looked decent

Midfield was poor, although Reed surprised me with a few pretty decent long passes but most of the time just seemed to be chasing the ball.

Hesketh was lightweight and from where I was sitting, missed the best chance of the game

Boufal just kept running into trouble.

Hoijberg gave the ball away time and time again.

Sims was a threat, bit the general lack of urgency made it hard for him to play balls into the box.

Rodriguez huffed and puffed but looked off the pace.

After watching Caceres tonight it is clear to me Mr Reed lost us the Cup - not Puel, not the disallowed goal, not the team - just Reed for not providing anything like an adequate replacement for Fonte in time to play in the final

Another myth Reed trys to make everyone believe is that we scout and pick up the best players in the City Region - well thats gone out of the window tonight.

The farce that is our goal keeping situation with I dont know how many either on loan, in the treatment room or sitting on their play stations when the most outstanding player in the Chelsea team - thier young goalie in from Bitterne!!!

What the hell is he up to. He picks up his pay checque once a month , does a few talks puffing his chest out and completly cocks up our defence. first the CB’s then the goalie. My prediction this summer is our LB and RB situation with go from being excellent, as it is now to a complete shambles by August - watch this space
