I donāt think we will end up selling as I doubt there is any appetite to buy it. And thereās no way iām going to have a golden handcuff arrangement whereby i stay for a few years working for someone else. Weāre construction based with minimal assets. We used to have a ānicheā market of things we would build but thatās all dried up now, so weāre now building houses. Fine, but boring. Admin is ace, I got ISO accreditation (UKAS one, not the shite one) across 3 standards, finance has always been strong as have all other admin processes. For the size of company weāve done very well as some projects have won nationally recognised awards at regional level.
