Sue Gray has gone
It was a bit like Alistair Campbell - as soon as advisors become the story they are done
Whatâs worrying is this govt has been a bit of a shitshow from the off and they havenât had anything tricky to deal with yet.
Starmer needs to get an astute political advisor in there double quick before he totally loses control
Time travelling now?
I donât have the tech to nake it run backwards but real video could be coming soon
Bullshit story
The website owner is a right wing nutter tbf even though the owner does on occasion support the left.
This made me chuckle
A very good latest video from Led By Donkeys. I would like to think that Starmer will reverse Bravermanâs law which criminalizes the right to protest but I wonât be holding my breath, given he now clearly stands shoulder to shoulder with the extreme right wing on issues of law and order. The nauseating sight of him sneering and laughing as a young protester protesting about children being murdered in Gaza was gripped by the throat and dragged out of the conference as he was making his speech bears this out. Likewise Rachel Reeves screeching, âLabour are no longer a party of protestâ during her speech. A true Labour Party supports peaceful protest or they are nothing. The examples in this video comparing the sentences handed down to peaceful protesters with soft sentences handed down to serious criminals are surely shocking in a modern democracy. Judge Hehir, who was responsible for these sentences, needs investigating for corruption because something clearly stinks.
If they are not careful, the problem the State will have regarding draconian prison sentences being handed down to peaceful protesters is that the innate sense of fair play in the ordinary man on the street sitting on juries will mean they will not convict protesters if they think they will imprisoned for their beliefs, regardless of any evidence of guilt. I wonder if our lords and masters have thought about that.
Isnât there a distinction to be made about waving a placard on parliament square and gluing yourself to the M25 - I think your average man on the street would treat these very differently in a court of law.
I think the average man on the street wouldnât bat an eyelid about tailbacks on the M25, they wouldnât notice any difference to the everyday occurrence!
Oops
To be fair they are a really shit employer so imho fuck âem.
No comment on their employment history but I can read.
They worked to the letter of the law at the time. Everyone knows what that meant.
But. Amusing that. Labour would make a BIG THING about a ÂŁ1bn investment by them in fact the centrepiece of their whole Monday next week
And attack that investor the week before.
And then be told to go fvck themselves do publicly.
It shows gross stupidy and is a grade A fuck up by Labour
Meh. Just shows a sense of petulance by the owners. Wonât look good for the parent company winning wider government future contracts etc - lol.
Actually they didnât - what they did was unlawful.
We came really close to being fucked by this. One of our competitors won the contract to supply the new crew, not knowing what was going to go down. They got pelters. I actually felt sorry for them
Transport secretary just run over by the no10 bus because she called for a boycott of P&O
Now that she is given it the big one about protecting workers rights and pay for seafarers, what does she think would happen to those seafarers if Joe Public took her at her word and did boycott the company?
Thatâs without considering the impact on the continental transport network, which I believe is in her brief to keep secure
This govt does need to realise that their comments are now seen as policy and they cannot carry on like they used to in opposition
In a wider context a Labour Minister offended zn Arab in publuc.
On the lust of things you NEVER do in business thatâs number one.
They mouthed off at Dubai who own DPW.
