:labour: šŸŒ… Red Dawn - Life Under Labour

There are always those, ask your US friends.

Nice to see Elon join the party, 2 Tier Policing is a thing I see…
.
What a mess you lot are in atm. The main mob pushers have both left the UK. Tommy & Lawrence. Tommy directly threatening violence against individuals - he may never make it home from Cyprus without facing arrest or worse

And Dear God what dark and broken posts appear now in comments on Twitter, and even in FB posts

It can be a thoroughly depressing experience reading some of the shite on twitter. But it is difficult to see how many of the accounts are actual people and how many are generated bots. Lots of weirdo accounts of people with pictures of cats in their bio with a seemingly normal description and the time line is full of retweeted racist bollocks.
Still, they are generally fucking stupid. Especially the dopey bint who posted a picture of the Royal Pavilion at Brighton with the headline - ā€œNo more mosques - RT and Like if you agreeā€! FFS.

My US friends? I think not, no siree bob!

(Not our Bob)

Only one punishment is severe enough for all these involved in the riots, and that is to deduct Everton 12 points.

Nope, I suggest exportation to Rwanda… Its safe place and our prisons are full

Nonsense. If Rwanda was safe, they’d be sponsoring Premier League clubs to promote tourism there.

Anyone else noticed these riots only started after the French insulted Christianity?

Again it’s the fault of the Fvcking French

A lot of the issues lay with social media, and the unchecked ability for these knuckleheads organise and spread their bile

Unfortunately the owner of one of these platforms is getting involved and creating division

There legislation needs to include criminal charges for executives who fail to manage the content on their platforms

If that means the UK gets de socialed I’m not sure that would be a bad thing

Starmer does have to combat these accusations of two tier policing

If the police are perceived to go easy on one party, then this is going to get a lot worse

That said, what I have seen is communities coming together and cleaning up in the wake of this - that shows that a few dickheads on either side will not prevail

Southampton will have a protest tomorrow - some of my staff were understandably concerned so we have allowed people to wfh if they wanted to

I did point out that foot locker was up the other end of town so we were unlikely to see anyone where we were, although seeing as the probation centre is nearby, I suspect we might see one or two of them in due course

Most of my firm work from home anyway and come into the office maybe 1-2 days a week, but have done the same.

Still, it’ll save us on loo roll, teabags and milk…

We have got back to 4 days in now - but it’s sales so it helps

Fuck wfh with these temps - I have amazing AC in the office

If that ain’t an incitement to violence then you can slap my arse and call me Susan

Lawyers often incite me to violence

Made me chuckle a bit

The first of the knuckle heads have gone down for 30 and 20 months

Goes to show they can do it - swift justice - arrested Saturday, processed and banged up by Wednesday

I realise that the far right are thicker than a Boxing Day turd but deary me, they need to ask people if they are white? What happens if a white person says they don’t know? Now that would really have their tiny little brains working overtime.

Rioters set up ā€˜race checkpoint’ to ask drivers if they’re white and English (msn.com)
