When we beat Manchester United next week, I shall celebrate with a Chateau Docru-Beaucaillou 2009 (still a little young but quite exceptional for a second growth Grand Cru Classe…) I am more like Lord Slowlane when it comes to selecting fine wines. Shattoe Malbeca du Lidel just won’t cut it Polski!
