Just seen the red card incident. Clear yellow and correct initial decision. Players mob the ref in true OT style of old. Despite there being clear cover VAR tell him to look at it and he duly upgrades to red.

In no way is he between Elanga and the goal. Elanga/Dunk, Webster and De Gea are the 3 corners of an equlaiteral triangle. Webster is well away to the side. If that was McGuire bringing down Broja last Sat we would not be having this conversation.
I can see why he was given a yellow card initially, I can see why it was upgraded to a red on review.
However I’d also like to see United fined for their players harassing the referee.
