Anyone else watch PSG/citeh tonight? Grealish pulled quite a few of his trademark “run at a player and ‘draw’ the foul…” type manoeuvres early on. Every one of them would have been given as a foul in the prem, no question about it. This ref ignored all of them. Grealish seemed absolutely baffled as to what else to do, he kept trying to pass earlier before the challenges came in and either giving it away or playing a hospital pass. Just before he was subbed off he went down in the box, replay showed a beautiful angle of his trailing foot scraping along the turf to catch the defenders leg as he threw himself, sorry, fell forward to the ground. Ref ignored that too, although it was then flagged offside anyway.
I noticed Sterling wasn’t his usual diving self either, and consequently utterly ineffective. I can’t help wondering if the CL refs have been under instructions regarding them.

I saw most of it, did they actually get a single free kick awarded in a potential scoring position? Because I didn’t see any. That’s really unusual for city.
I never saw a decent freekick position for City. So as you say the refs appear to have been told to ignore the diving cheating bastards
