Racist abuse.
My only issue this morning is that abuse was from fans not the Montenegran FA.
IMHO the debate is too simplistic. People were abusive, THEY should be charged.
FIFA need to educate FA’s across mainly E Europe that the solution is to Police their stadiums properly, NOT to fine organisations.
Would a 1970s Milwaal thug have been bothered that the English FA were fined because of his actions? Would it have changed his behaviour UNLESS he was arrested?
The PEOPLE being abusive should be arrested then punished.
Then fines and stadium closures will be an ultimate sanction.
Sure FA’s must take steps but they have to educate people it’s taken 60 years to educate the UK and still you get racist abuse from PEOPLE.
Target fans and target FA’s who don’t arrest people.
Don’t go all msm and holier than thou. Our house isn’t in order, stop preaching.
Yes it us offensive not in any way condoning it, but the process of controlling fans must be improved as well as sanctions
