Apparently he did, but then Tadic also fell out with his national coach and refused to play for Serbia whilst he was in charge. He played the last Serbian game as that manager has left now. I think Tadic is a bit of a baby who could fall out with anyone who doesn’t say he is gods gift.

To be honest I am not fussed if the players get on the manager, as long as it does not have a negative impact on the team. He seemed to get the best out of them, held on to players for as long as possible even when they wanted to leave. I think he DID hold a lot of respect from them. He did a great job and I would have liked him to carry on, but he had other ideas.
He should have been sent off though the dirty fat man!!

Reed & JWP weren’t overly enamoured either.
I dunno how much to read into this though. I think I’d prefer players who aren’t starting every week to be at least a bit narked.

This is one of the weirdest managerial changes I’ve seen.
